DoubleView - FAQ's

Certain programs are showing strange effects
 ANSWER
Please first review the documentation or ask the technical support of such applications to make sure that the application is designed to work properly in multiple monitor environment.
DoubleView is adding a new (virtual) VGA card on a operating system level and does not interfere in any way on the application level. It does not enhance or limit other application's capabilities in regards to multi-monitoring. If a program is generally not dual monitor compatible it will not run properly with DoubleView.
DoubleView does not alter, store, or restore any program window's position. This is fully controlled by the operating system and/or the application.
A few software programs may not allow to drag document windows out of its main boundary window. In this case, please leave the full-screen mode of the application by clicking on the middle button of the program's title bar and resize the window that it covers both monitors (primary display and secondary DoubleView monitor). Then you can arrange the internal windows across both monitors as well.
